About the Shoot: These photos were shot over a three-month period, which gave me more time to think of new ways to incorporate the fabrics. Nathan’s approach with the prop creates a more intimate and restrained tone, as he focuses on using the fabrics around his head. Elsie creates a freer feeling by tossing the fabric in the air and in her arms. I felt that both approaches revealed a lot about their personalities.
