My screenplay, titled The Missing Slice, tells the story of Donavin Hudson, a stickler for perfection and self-appointed first class tastemaker, as he embarks on an epic journey of love and pizza. When his terminally ill father confides to him, “I just want a delicious slice of pizza before I die,” Donavin is set on a quest to find the best piece of pizza in the city and will not settle for giving his father a slice that is any less than perfect.
