Can fish be seen as anything more than a pet, especially when it’s a goldfish? In my film Goldfish Memory, a girl answers this very question during the long boring days of summer. At home there’s nothing for her to do so she spends her days outside mindlessly biking around. So when she meets a particularly unique goldfish it brings about a change from her boring routine and sparks a journey into new emotional territory.
