This is a dedication to our friendship, a bond which has bloomed in the past three years, thanks to our shared passion for music. Wicked Game was not just a cover for us; it became our song. Its aching, longing and dreamy sensation resonated with our feelings towards real connection that is formed within the joy of a new friendship.
Over time, we have curated it by playing with our different voices; specifically by combining our contrasting tones of pitch. To put it in simple words, this cover of ours is an ode to music and it’s ability to connect souls.
Similarly to the original version, we’ve preserved the acoustic and intimate style while adapting it for female, higher-pitched voices—something that we hadn’t yet heard done on this song. We hope you enjoy this as much as we have enjoyed making it!
